- Remove all tags from new garments prior to drop-off.
- Check and empty all pockets before drop off.
- Advise us of any stains, discolouration, rips, tears or missing buttons.
- Please remove all pet hair prior to drop off or surcharge will apply.
- Colour bleeding - we cannot be held responsible for unsuitably labelled garments.
- Items not collected within 90 days will be donated to charity.
- All prices are indicative. Final pricing confirmed at drop-off.
